Esotropia

Okay, imagine your eyes are like two cars that drive side by side. They both look in the same direction and help you see things properly. But sometimes, one of the cars starts driving a little towards the other, and your eyes start looking at different things. This is called esotropia, and it means that one of your eyes points inward towards your nose while the other one looks straight ahead.

Esotropia can happen because of different reasons, such as a problem with the muscles that control your eyes or an issue with the nerves that send signals to those muscles. When you have esotropia, you might experience double vision or blurry vision, as your brain tries to make sense of the different images coming from each eye.

Don't worry, though, because there are ways to treat esotropia. Your eye doctor may suggest wearing glasses or using eye patches to help improve the eye that's turning inward. You may also need eye exercises or surgery to correct the problem, depending on the severity of your condition.

Remember, it's important to take care of your eyes and see your eye doctor regularly to make sure everything is working as it should.
