Eternal Now (New Age)

Eternal now is a belief held by some people who practice New Age spirituality. It is the idea that only the present moment is real, and the past and the future don't exist. To them, the present moment is all that matters and is the only thing that exists, and they try to live their lives in the present moment, without worrying about the future or regretting their past. They view their lives as one connected flow of moments, with no beginning and no end.
