The Eurasian Observatory for Democracy and Elections is like a club of grownups who like to watch and make sure elections in different countries are fair and the rules are followed. Just like how grownups make sure kids follow the rules when playing a game, the observatory makes sure that everybody follows the rules when voting for their leaders.
