Euro-Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly

The Euro-Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly (EMPA) is a place where grown-ups from countries in Europe and countries around the Mediterranean Sea go to talk to each other about important things like trade and human rights. It's kind of like when you and your friends have a club where you talk about things that matter to you.

The people who go to the EMPA are chosen by the leaders of their countries to represent them and make sure their voices are heard. They meet a few times a year to discuss different topics and try to come up with solutions to problems that affect everyone in their countries.

The EMPA helps the countries work together more closely and understand each other better, and that's really important for making sure that people in all these different countries are happy, safe, and prosperous.
