ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Executive Committee of the Communist International

The Communist International was a group of people from different countries who believed in communism, which means everyone shares everything equally. The executive committee was like a group leader who helped make decisions for the whole group. They would talk and discuss what they thought was important, then make a plan together. Just like how your parents might make plans for your family, the executive committee made plans for their group. They wanted everyone to work together and be treated fairly. Even though they were from different countries, they wanted to help each other out and make the world a better place for everyone.
