Expropriative anarchism (also called illegalism) is a kind of anarchism that believes that people should be free of government laws and instead should "expropriate" (which means to take something without permission or without paying for it) the means of production--such as factories and the tools needed to make products. They also believe that all people should have the right to the products and services they need. Expropriative anarchists believe that it is okay to take what you need to live and that no one should be punished for doing this as long as nobody is hurt.
