Extinction Rebellion

Extinction Rebellion (often shortened to XR) is a group of people who want to fight against climate change and protect nature. They believe that the world needs to take urgent action to prevent climate disaster and protect natural habitats. They believe in peaceful protest and civil disobedience to make their voices heard and spur governments and large organizations to take action. XR works together to organize protests, marches, sit-ins and other activities to spread awareness about climate change and encourage people to take action. By doing this, XR hopes to help protect the world for future generations.
