Extreme points of Ireland

Ok kiddo, so Ireland is a really big island that has a lot of different places on it. Some places are at the very top of the island and some places are at the very bottom. These places that are at the tippy top or the very bottom are called extreme points.

The northernmost extreme point of Ireland is a place called Malin Head. It's way up at the tippy top of the island and is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. On a clear day, you can even see Scotland from there! It's a really cool place to visit and lots of people go there to take pictures of the beautiful scenery.

The southernmost extreme point of Ireland is a place called Mizen Head. It's way down at the very bottom of the island and is also surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. It's really cool because there's this bridge you can walk on that's really high up above the water. People go there to see the pretty views and to watch the waves crashing against the rocks.

So there you have it, kiddo. Extreme points of Ireland are just the places that are at the very top or the very bottom of the island. They're cool places to visit and see because they have really pretty views of the ocean and the landscape around them.
