Extremely Online

"Extremely online" means that someone spends a lot of time on the internet and social media. This could mean they are always checking their phone, posting on Twitter, or watching videos on YouTube. It's like spending a lot of time playing with your favorite toy, but instead of a toy, it's the internet. Sometimes people who are extremely online have a hard time disconnecting and feel like they need to be checking their phone all the time, even when they're supposed to be doing something else like spending time with family or friends.
