FLOPS

Flops is short for "floating point operations". It's a way of measuring how quickly a computer can do certain calculations. For example, adding two numbers together or multiplying two numbers together. The bigger the number of flops, the faster a computer can do these calculations. Flops is important because faster computers can give us quicker answers to questions, so they make our lives easier.
