Faceless court

Imagine you and your friends are playing a game outside, but someone gets hurt and there is an argument about who is to blame. You can't agree on who is right, so you decide to ask a grown-up to help you solve the problem.

In our society, when there is a disagreement or a problem that needs to be solved, we have a special place called a court. It's like a classroom where you go to solve problems, but with important grown-ups called judges and lawyers.

Now, sometimes there are cases where the people involved in the problem don't want to show their faces because they might be scared or they don't want others to know who they are. This can happen in special situations when the problem is sensitive. So, they have what's called a faceless court.

A faceless court is a court where the people involved are not seen by the judge or the lawyers. Instead, they might use a computer or a video link to talk to each other, so their faces stay hidden. This allows them to keep their privacy safe.

In a faceless court, the judge still listens carefully to what both sides have to say. They ask questions to understand what happened and why the problem occurred. The judge wants to make sure that everyone involved is treated fairly and gets a chance to explain their side of the story.

The judge will then make a decision based on the information they have gathered and what the rules say. They will try to find a fair solution that will make everyone happy or at least satisfied. Sometimes, they might also need to look at previous cases and use their experience to make the best decision.

So, a faceless court is a special kind of court where people can solve their problems without showing their faces. It helps protect their privacy while still finding a fair solution to the disagreement.
