Facilitator

A facilitator is someone who helps a group of people work together. They work with the group to find solutions to problems and make decisions. They help everyone in the group to participate and make sure that everyone is heard and their ideas are considered. Facilitators are important because they help the group to talk about things in a productive way that leads to good ideas and solutions.
