Falla monument

A Falla Monument is a big structure that is made out of lots and lots of materials like wood, papier-mâché, and sometimes even fireworks! It is made each year in the city of Valencia, which is in Spain. These big structures are built to celebrate a special festival called Las Fallas, which happens every year in March.

During the festival, people from all over the city come to see the Falla Monuments that have been created by different groups. The structures can be huge and some of them can be as tall as a building! They are usually decorated in bright colors and show lots of different scenes or characters, sometimes even famous people or cartoon characters.

People work for many months to build the Falla Monuments, and when they are finished, they are put on display for everyone to see. At the end of the festival, there is a big parade where the Fallas are burned to the ground. This is meant to symbolize the end of winter and the beginning of spring.

Overall, Falla Monuments are an important part of Valencia's culture, bringing people together to celebrate and have fun!
