Fatigue and sleep loss during spaceflight can happen when you travel in space for a long time. It is like when you spend so much time in a car and you start to get tired and don't feel like doing anything. When you are in space, it is even harder to stay awake and energized because of the unusual environment. To help with this, astronauts take special naps and follow special routines that help rest their bodies and minds. They also take breaks from their activities to make sure that they are not overworking themselves. If the astronauts do not do these activities, then their bodies will get too tired and they will not be able to do their work as well.
