Feast of the Intercession

The Feast of the Intercession is a special day when people remember and honor Mary, the mother of Jesus, for asking her son to help and protect them. It's like when we ask our own mothers or fathers to help us when we are scared or need something.

On this day, people go to church and pray to Mary for help with their problems, just like they would ask their own moms for help. They also thank her for all the good things in their lives.

The Feast of the Intercession is important because it reminds us that even though Jesus is no longer on Earth, we can still ask his mom for help and guidance. And just like any good mother, Mary always tries to help us and make things better.
