Federal Identity Program

So, you know how sometimes you need to prove who you are? Like when you go to the doctor's office or when you are getting a driver's license? The federal identity program is like a very special way to prove who you are to the government.

The government makes a special card called an ID card that has all of your important information on it, like your name, birthday, and where you live.

When you want to prove who you are to the government, you show them your ID card. They can look at it and know for sure that it's really you because your card has all of the right information on it.

This program is so important because it helps the government keep track of who is who and make sure that people aren't pretending to be someone else.

So, the federal identity program is like a secret handshake that you use to prove to the government that you are really you.
