Fellatio in Halacha

Fellatio is a type of sexual activity where one person's mouth touches another person's genital area. In Halacha, which is the Jewish law and tradition, sexual acts between two people are only allowed if they are married to each other. So, fellatio is only allowed between a husband and wife.

However, there are some specific rules that must be followed during fellatio. First, the act must be consensual between the husband and wife. Second, it cannot be performed during a woman's menstrual period or after childbirth until she has gone through a purification process.

Another rule is that it should not be done to the point of causing harm or injury to either partner. Also, there should be no exchange of bodily fluids, such as saliva or semen, with anyone outside of the marriage.

In summary, fellatio is only permitted within a marriage and must be done with consent, within certain time limits, and without causing harm or engaging with people outside the marriage.
