Financing of terrorism is the process of giving money to terrorists to help them carry out their plans. People and organizations can finance terrorism by donating money, transferring funds to terrorists, or buying things for them that are used for terrorism. Financing of terrorism is illegal because it helps terrorists carry out attacks that hurt innocent people.
