Fishwife

Okay, so a fishwife is a woman who sells fish! You know how you go to the store and buy things like toys or candy? Well, people also go to markets or the seaside to buy things like fish to eat. Fishwives sell the fish to those people. They often wear big rubber boots and aprons to keep themselves clean while they work with the fish. It's a hard job because they have to clean and prepare the fish to be sold, but it's important because people need to eat healthy food like fish!
