Flag of the European Coal and Steel Community

The European Coal and Steel Community was a group of countries that came together to work better with each other by sharing important resources like coal and steel. They needed a symbol to represent their community, so they chose a flag.

The flag has a blue background with 6 yellow stars arranged in a circle. The stars represent the six countries that started the community. The blue background represents peace, stability, and unity. The stars show that these countries are united in working together.

The community started in 1951 and existed until 2002, when it was replaced by the European Union. But even though the community isn't around anymore, the flag still represents an important time in European history when countries came together to make things better.
