Flash pan

A flash pan is a special kind of pan that is used to cook things really quickly. It gets super hot really fast, and then you put your food on it and it cooks in just a few seconds!

Think about when you put a piece of bread in the toaster. It gets hot really fast and toasts your bread quickly, right? Well a flash pan works kind of like that.

But you know how when you try to cook something on the stove, you have to wait a while for the pan to get hot before you put your food on it? That can take a long time. With a flash pan, you don't have to wait that long.

Flash pans are often used for things like stir-frying, because you want your food to cook fast so it stays crispy and not mushy. They're also good for cooking really thin cuts of meat, like steak or chicken, because they cook so quickly that your meat won't get overcooked and tough.

So basically a flash pan is a super hot pan that cooks food really fast and makes it yummy!
