Florida Right To Clean Water

Florida has a law called the "Right to Clean Water" which means that everyone who lives in Florida has the right to have clean water that is safe to drink. This means that any water coming from rivers, lakes, and other sources must meet certain standards set by the government. These standards include things like how much pollution is in the water, how much bacteria is in the water, and other safety guidelines. The government checks the water regularly to make sure it is meeting these standards, so that everyone in Florida can feel safe drinking and using the water.
