Free software movement

The Free Software Movement is an effort to make sure that people can use and customize digital products like apps, websites, and computer software without worrying about not being allowed to change or share it. It's about giving people freedom over their technology and making sure that developers and companies don't have too much control. It believes that users should have the freedom to run programs, to study how they work, and to change them so they can do what they want with them. It believes that people should have the freedom to share this software with their friends and family. As a result, free software has no cost and can be used, shared, and improved by anyone.
