Free trade areas in Europe

Free trade areas in Europe are places where countries come together to agree to trade with each other without charging taxes on their goods. This means that countries can buy and sell goods to each other without having to pay extra money for taxes. The European Union (EU) is one of the biggest free trade areas in Europe - it includes 28 countries that all agree to allow free trade between each other, so people in EU countries can buy and sell goods to each other without paying taxes. This helps to make the countries in the EU richer because they can buy and sell more goods.
