Free writing

Free writing is when you write whatever you want without worrying about spelling, grammar or even making sense to anyone else. It's kind of like talking to yourself on paper but instead of words coming out of your mouth, you are writing them down. This is a really good way to get all of your thoughts out of your head and onto paper. You can write about anything you want, whether it's your feelings, something that happened to you or even just random things that pop into your head. The most important thing is to keep writing continuously for a set amount of time, even if you don't know what to say next. Don't worry too much about what the final product looks like, the goal is just to write without any limitations!
