Freight claim

Freight claim is when something goes wrong with shipping or delivery of a package and you make a claim to the company who shipped the package to get compensation for the mistake. You make a freight claim when a package arrives late, is damaged, lost or incorrect. When you make a claim, you tell the company what happened and provide evidence like pictures or receipts. The company will then decide if you deserve to be reimbursed for what happened.
