ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Frisian handball

Frisian handball is a game that is often played in the Netherlands and Germany. It's a bit like basketball or soccer but with some different rules.

There are two teams, and each team has seven players. The aim of the game is to throw a ball into the other team's goal to score points. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins.

But, there's a bit of a twist! The players are only allowed to touch the ball with one hand. They also can't take more than three steps with the ball, and they have to pass it to another teammate if they want to move it further down the court.

The court itself is rectangular in shape and has a goal at each end. There are also lines on the court that help the players know where they can and can't go.

Frisian handball is a game that requires a lot of skill, teamwork and strategy. The players need to work together to pass the ball quickly and accurately, and they also need to be able to defend against the other team's attacks.

Overall, Frisian handball is a fun and exciting game to play and watch, and it's a great way to keep active and healthy!
