Frobenius covariant

Frobenius covariant is a way of measuring how a mathematical calculation changes when you switch around two numbers. For example, say you have two numbers, 2 and 3, and you do some kind of addition or multiplication on them. If you switch the two numbers around and do the same calculation, the answer should be the same. If it is the same, then the calculation is Frobenius covariant.
