Fujitsu Ltd. v. Netgear Inc.

Fujitsu is like a big kid who invented some cool things that they want other people to use. Netgear is another kid who really likes Fujitsu's inventions and wants to use them in their own stuff. But Fujitsu thinks Netgear isn't playing fair and isn't paying them enough money for their inventions. So Fujitsu goes to a judge who is like a teacher and asks the teacher to make Netgear play fair and give them more money. The judge listens to both sides and makes a decision that Fujitsu should get more money from Netgear for their inventions.
