Full employment

Full employment means that there are enough jobs available for everyone who wants one. This means that everybody who wants to work has the opportunity to find a job and has a job to do. This is important because it helps to make sure that people can earn money to provide for themselves and their families, and help our economy be strong. When there is full employment, it means that people are working which helps the economy to keep growing.
