Fusible core injection moulding

Fusible core injection molding is a way of making things out of plastic. It's like playing with playdough, but more advanced.

First, you take a special kind of plastic called thermoplastic and you melt it. Then you put the melted plastic into a machine called an injection molding machine.

Inside the injection molding machine, there is a mold that is shaped like the object you want to make. The mold is split into two halves that fit together perfectly.

The melted plastic is injected into one side of the mold. Then, a part called a fusible core is put into the plastic. The fusible core is like a straw made out of a special material that can melt when it gets hot.

The plastic then cools and hardens around the fusible core. The fusible core is removed by heating it up until it melts and then pulling it out of the plastic. The result is a perfectly formed object with no holes or seams.

This technique is commonly used in automotive and aerospace industries to make complex shapes with hollow interiors. It's like making a puzzle out of plastic!
