Future tense

Future tense is when we talk about something that will happen later on, in the future! Imagine that you want to go to the park next weekend. When you tell your friend, you might say, "I will go to the park next weekend". The words "will go" show that you are talking about something that hasn't happened yet, but will happen in the future! Future tense can be used for all sorts of things, like making plans or predictions about what will happen later on. It's like talking about something that hasn't happened yet, but we know it will happen sometime in the future.
