Imagine you are moving to a new house. You have to pack all your things into boxes and take them to the new place. This is what we call a transition, a process of moving from one thing to another.
The gardener transition is very similar, but instead of moving houses, we are moving plants. When we want to move a plant from one place to another, we have to make sure it is ready for the move. This means we have to prepare it by watering it, trimming any dead leaves or branches, and making sure it has enough nutrients in its soil.
Once we have prepared the plant, we carefully pick it up and move it to its new home, making sure it is not damaged in the process. Once we have planted it in its new location, we water it again and make sure it has enough sunlight and nutrients to help it adjust to its new environment.
Just like moving houses can be stressful for people, moving plants can be stressful for them too. They have to adjust to a new environment, different temperatures, and new soil. But with proper care and attention, the plant can thrive in its new home, just like you can thrive in your new house. And that's what the gardener transition is all about - helping plants adjust to their new environment so they can grow and thrive.
