Gastric-brooding frog

The gastric-brooding frog was a special frog that lived in Australia until the 1980s. It was special because it did something no other frog can do - it incubated its eggs inside its stomach! Instead of laying its eggs outside like most other frogs, the gastric-brooding frog swallowed its eggs and kept them in its stomach until they hatched and baby frogs came out! It was a very special frog and unfortunately, it no longer exists in the wild.
