Geographical distribution of Russian speakers

Russian speakers live mainly in Eastern Europe and Russia. Russia is a huge country, so lots of people there speak Russian. In other parts of Europe, such as Ukraine and Belarus, Russian is also spoken by many people. It is also spoken in some parts of other countries, like Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, which are close to Russia.
