Geography of Alberta

Alberta is a big place with lots of different things in it! Alberta is a province in Canada. This is a special area that has its own government and its own rules. Alberta is in the West of Canada, and one of its neighbors is another province called British Columbia. Alberta is also next to some states in the United States, like Montana.

Alberta is home to many different kinds of land. Some parts of Alberta are flat, like a pancake! Others are hilly and have lots of trees. In the West part of Alberta, there are mountains that have snow on them all year long!

Alberta is also home to many different kinds of wildlife. People who live in Alberta might see deer, bears, moose, wolves, and coyotes. Alberta has many big parks, which are safe places for animals to live.

People who live in Alberta might work in many different kinds of jobs. Some people work on farms, growing food. Some people work in cities, like Calgary and Edmonton. These are big places with lots of buildings and cars. Some people work in the oil and gas industry, which means they take things out of the ground and use them to make energy.

So, Alberta is a large area in the West of Canada with different landscapes, wildlife, and industries.
