Okay kiddo, Geras is a character from a video game called Mortal Kombat. He's a big, strong guy, but what makes him special is that he has the power to control time. That means he can make things happen faster or slower, or even make things happen again like they did before.

So, let's say you were playing a game of tag with your friends and you got tagged. Geras could use his power to make the game happen again from the moment before you got tagged, so you wouldn't actually get knocked out of the game.

Some people think Geras is really cool because he's almost unbeatable with his time powers. But, other people think he's unfair because it's hard to beat someone who can control time. Either way, he's definitely a powerful character in the Mortal Kombat world.
