Gerrymandering in the United States

Gerrymandering is when politicians in the United States draw the lines around the states so they make sure their party has more votes in an election. It's like when you Play-Doh and make shapes – the politicians make certain shapes with the boundaries so that more people in their party live in the district, which means their party is more likely to win in that area.
