Gingival recession

Gingival recession is when the gums (the pink part of your mouth that covers your teeth) pull away from your teeth. When this happens, your teeth look longer and you may be able to see part of the root of your tooth. Sometimes gingival recession can make your teeth sensitive and cause other problems.
