Glagolitic numerals

Glagolitic numerals are numbers that were used a long time ago by some people who used a different writing system called Glagolitic alphabet. These numbers are basically symbols that were used to show how many of something there were. They look different from the numbers we use today, like 1, 2, 3, but they still meant the same thing.

So let's say you wanted to show that you have three apples. If you were using Glagolitic numerals, you would write down a special symbol that meant "three" instead of the number 3 we use now.

The symbols for the Glagolitic numerals are made up of different lines and shapes that represent different numbers. For example, the symbol for the number 1 looks like a tall line going straight up, while the symbol for the number 10 looks like two lines crossing each other.

These are just like different secret codes that people use to communicate and understand each other. The Glagolitic numerals may look strange to us now, but they were really important for the people who used them a long time ago to keep track of things and communicate with each other.
