ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Global Benchmarking Network

Okay kiddo, imagine a bunch of kids in your class taking a really tricky test. Now imagine that there are other schools with kids taking the same test all around the world!

A global benchmarking network is kind of like that. It’s a group of organizations from different countries who work together to make sure they are all doing their jobs really well.

For example, a group of hospitals from different countries might work together to compare how well they take care of their patients. They might look at things like how long it takes for patients to get seen by a doctor or how many patients get better after being treated.

By working together, these organizations can learn from each other and find better ways to do their jobs. It’s kind of like the saying “two heads are better than one”, but with lots and lots of heads from all over the world!
