ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Global Integrity

Global integrity means making sure that people and organizations around the world are honest, fair, and trustworthy in the way they do things. It's like playing a game where everyone agrees to follow the same rules so nobody cheats, and everyone has a fair chance to win.

Imagine you and your friends are all playing a game together, but one person keeps cheating by not following the rules. This wouldn't be fair, and nobody would want to play with them anymore because they're not being truthful or playing by the rules.

Now imagine this same situation but with countries and governments around the world. If some countries are not honest or fair, it can lead to problems like corruption, inequality, or even conflict. So, global integrity is about making sure that all countries and governments are honest, fair, and trustworthy, and follow the same rules for everyone.

To achieve global integrity, there are many things that need to be done, like having strong laws against corruption and fraud, making sure everyone has equal access to opportunities and resources, and encouraging leaders to be transparent and accountable for their actions. When everyone has global integrity, it creates a more peaceful and prosperous world where everyone can thrive.
