ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Gluten sensitivity

Gluten sensitivity means that some people's bodies can't handle a protein called gluten. Gluten is found in certain foods, like bread, pasta, and other things made with wheat, rye, or barley. When someone with gluten sensitivity eats something with gluten, their body might have a reaction. This can cause problems like stomach pain, bloating, diarrhea, and headaches. It's kind of like how some people are allergic to cats or peanuts – their bodies just can't handle it. So, people who have gluten sensitivity have to be careful about what they eat to avoid feeling sick.
