Gold nanoparticle

Gold nanoparticles are very tiny particles of gold, small enough that you can't even see them. They are so small that they can be used by scientists to help diagnose and treat some diseases. Scientists can attach drugs to the gold nanoparticles and deliver them straight to where they need to go in the body. Gold nanoparticles are also used in computer chips to make them smaller, faster, and more powerful.
