Goofy holler

You know how sometimes when you see a funny cartoon character or something silly happens, you might make a loud noise like "WOOHOO" or "YAHOO"? Well, a long time ago in old cartoons, there was a character called Goofy who would always make a really funny noise whenever he fell or got scared. This noise was called the "Goofy Holler." It's a silly sound that makes people laugh and it's just something that Goofy became known for. So now, whenever people hear that sound or talk about it, they call it the "Goofy Holler" because it's something that Goofy made famous.
