ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Gradual training

Gradual training is when you learn something gradually over time. This means that you don't try to learn a lot all at once, but instead break it down into smaller chunks, and work on them one at a time. For example, if you want to learn to play guitar, you wouldn't try to become a great player in one day – instead you'd start off by learning some basic chords, playing some simple songs, and slowly get better from there.
