Gravity well

Gravity is like a big invisible force that pulls things together. Think of it like a big pool with a drain in the middle. The drain is pulling all the water towards it. That's what gravity is like.

A gravity well is when there is a lot of gravity in one place. It's like a really deep hole in the pool where the drain is. The closer you get to the hole, the stronger the pull of the water is. The same thing happens with gravity wells. The closer you get to the center of the well, the stronger the pull of gravity is.

Gravity wells can be created by really big things like planets and stars. They have so much mass (or weight) that they pull things towards them. That's why planets like Earth have gravity. It's what keeps us all from floating away.

Gravity wells can also warp space and time. Think of it like a big mattress with a heavy ball on it. The ball creates a dip in the mattress. Anything that comes close to the ball will be pulled towards it and into the dip. That's what gravity does to space and time. It warps it and pulls things towards it.

In summary, a gravity well is a spot in space where there is a lot of gravity pulling things towards it. Planets and stars create gravity wells because they have a lot of mass. Gravity wells can also warp space and time, just like a heavy ball warps a mattress.
