Greenfield land

Greenfield land is like a blank piece of paper that nobody has drawn or painted on yet. Just like how you can take a new piece of paper and draw a picture on it, people can take greenfield land and build new things on it. This land doesn't have anything on it yet like buildings or trees. It's usually located in areas that haven't had much development before, like the outskirts of towns or cities, or in rural areas. When people build on greenfield land, they have to prepare the land by adding things like roads, sewer systems, and electricity to make it ready for building. Think of it like preparing your blank piece of paper by sharpening your pencils and getting your paint supplies ready before you start your artwork.
