Groups claiming affiliation with Israelites

Groups claiming affiliation with Israelites are groups of people who say that they are connected in some way to the people from the nation of Israel, an area of the Middle East where Jews come from. This could mean that the group's members have roots in the region, or it could mean that the group follows the customs and faith of the Israelites. Some of these groups practice a religion called Judaism which was developed by ancient Israelites long ago.
