Guksi

A guksi is a special type of cup that is used in a particular way by people who live in a very cold place called Lapland. Lapland is a big area in the northern part of Europe where it's very cold and snowy most of the year. In Lapland, people use a guksi to drink water or hot drinks like tea when they're out in the wilderness or doing outdoor activities like camping or hiking.

A guksi looks like a small bowl or cup that's made out of wood. The wood is usually a type of birch or other tree that grows in the cold parts of Lapland. The wood is carefully chosen and shaped by a skilled craftsman who knows how to make a guksi.

When someone wants to use a guksi, they usually take it and hold it with both hands, just like they would with a regular cup. But instead of tilting the guksi to drink from it, they bring it up to their mouth and take small sips from the rim. This might seem a bit different from how we're used to drinking from cups, but it's the traditional way of using a guksi in Lapland.

Some people also decorate their guksi with special designs, carvings, or other decorations that have special meaning to them. This makes each guksi unique and special to its owner.

So, to sum it up, a guksi is a special wooden cup that people in Lapland use to drink water or hot drinks when they're out in the cold. It's held with both hands and sipped from the rim, and can be decorated with special designs.
